The purpose of Giggle and Growl is to encourage greater pet adoptions for rescue animals through education, fun, and love. Like many who consider having a multi-pet family, we needed resources and research to create the best environment for our dogs. This site is dedicated to the food, training, dog toys, exercise, and love that all rescue pets and rescue dogs need to thrive.
